A cup of Tea
In court, two lawyers, A and B,
Argued fiercely, wild as could be.
Their voices raised, hands in the air,
The tension thick, no room to spare.
The judge, amused, with a little grin,
Said, "Sit for tea, and let peace begin!"
Mr. B scoffed, "His tea’s too weak,
It won’t keep me awake all week!"
Mr. A shot back, "His coffee’s cruel,
Too bitter for any legal duel!"
Mr. B exclaimed, "Tea’s not my style,
I’ll take strong coffee, that's my trial!"
Judge chuckled, "the battle, I see,
Not of law, but of a drink decree!"
Until you two can compromise,
Stick to water—that’s more wise!"
